Twelve Trianlges is an Edinburgh-based scratch bakery providing the finest bread and pastries to the people of the city.
Over the course of 2019 I’ve been working with owners Rachel and Emily to cover all areas of the business, starting with the various processes in their bakery just off of Easter Road before moving on to each of their four stores.
